For me I think depending on how much you can tolerate. But of course too much of anything is not good. Moderation is still always the key on whatever food you eat.

If you ask me, you can never have too many chillies! My husband and I dry them out, put them in a pepper grinder and use them like salt, putting it over everything! lol
