About

My name is Liz and I'm and organic allotment grower and trainee permaculturist from Manchester, UK. As well as using this blog to document my experiences as a grower I also use it to share my journey as I undertake my Diploma in Applied Permaculture.

I like bees, unusually coloured vegetables, pumpkins and ponds.

I don't like slugs, unexpected frosts, forgetting to close the greenhouse and greedy rabbits.

Enjoy the site and keep popping back to see what's going on on my allotment, in my garden and (occasionally) beyond!
